About

The Worcester Palladium

The Worcester Palladium is a historic concert venue located in the heart of Worcester, MA. All of our shows are all ages (unless otherwise specified) and we are a general admission venue with the exception of select events, which means first come, first to the stage. No recording devices are allowed in the building.

Who we are

We're proud to be an artist-first venue, run by seasoned music industry professionals who've toured the world and understand exactly what artists need and expect. But more than anything, we're true fans of live music. That passion drives us to create the best possible experience not just for performers, but for the fans who make it all happen.

Over the years, we've had the honor of hosting iconic artists like Foo Fighters, Jay-Z, Prince, Slipknot, Blink-182, Kanye West, Avenged Sevenfold, Fall Out Boy and Wu-Tang Clan. Our stage has seen everything from MTV and Fuse tapings to full-scale concert DVD shoots, and we even made a cameo on Ghost Hunters. We're also proud to be home to the New England Metal and Hardcore Festival, a staple in the heavy music scene.

General show info

Please note that concert times and artists scheduled to perform at The Palladium are subject to change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control. If you are media and are looking for a photo pass you need to contact either the manager of the band or the record label.

Please note: Upstairs is the smaller room and Downstairs is the larger room. The room is listed on every show.

Box office hours

The Palladium Box Office is open for advance sales from noon to 4:30 PM, Tuesday to Friday. The box office is open during events an hour before doors and closes about an hour before the show ends.

All major credit cards are accepted, and there is an ATM in the front lobby. Online, every show on the calendar links to its tickets on Tixr. We do not recommend buying from resale websites.

Public safety at our venue

We want to reassure everyone that The Palladium is totally committed to the safety of all our patrons and we take pride in our safety record. All patrons entering the building are subject to search; the bag policy and the list of items not allowed are in the FAQ. When you come here for a show, always be aware of your surroundings.
